Responsibilities:

- Implement projects for continuous improvement in the area.

- Provide follow-up to NCRs, CARs and PARs related to engineering.

- Manage continuous improvement projects.

- Generate & and audit all applicable procedures and work instructions for production.

- Participate actively in solving daily problems.

- Interact with other departments to deal with situations.

- Identify engineering changes necessary for the processes that require it.

- Provide technical support to manufacturing shop as needed.

- Support the implementation of authorized engineering changes.

- Support to Implement ECR’S.

- Support to create BOMs.

- Establish & keep up efficient Layouts.

- Development debug and upkeep of assembly-related equipment.

- Research and purchase new equipment and implement new procedures to optimize quality and efficiency.
Experiencia y requisitos
Profile:

- Bachelor’s Degree / Industrial Engineering or similar.

- Conversational English Level is preferable

- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma tools.

- Knowledge time and Movements (Lines balancing)

- Knowledge in root - Análisis de causa, FMEA.

- Proactive Results Oriented.
