The team you will be a part of This role in summary We are looking for an experienced and innovative Innovation and Architecture Manager to lead the design and implementation of business solutions. This role will focus on driving digital transformation, enhancing software architecture, and integrating AI technologies to improve business operations and customer experiences.
This role will be accountable for ensuring the efficiency, reliability, security, and scalability of the solution design and monitoring the positive impacts throughout the evaluation after the implementation. On the other hand, will provide the proof of concept (POC) to be necessary for technology evaluation prior to assuming any investment.
Finally, this role evaluates all business requirements within the organization to come up with the technical vision to solve business problems related to digital transformation including the cybersecurity and scalability of technology since the solution architecture design.
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Architect focused on Innovation and Emerging Technologies to drive the exploration, evaluation, and adoption of cutting-edge solutions across our organization. This role will bridge the gap between strategic business objectives and technical execution, identifying opportunities for innovation, defining architectural principles for new initiatives, and guiding development teams in implementing next-generation architectures.
Your responsibilities will include Research and assess emerging technologies, trends, and architectural patterns relevant to our industry and business needs.
Develop architectural blueprints and roadmaps for innovative products, services, and platforms.
Lead the design and prototyping of new solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to translate innovative concepts into actionable architectural designs.
Act as a technical evangelist, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on complex architectural challenges.
Minimum requirements Minimum requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred skills and experiences Proven experience as an architect with a strong focus on innovation, R&D, or emerging technologies.
Hands-on experience with various architectural styles (e.g., microservices, event-driven, serverless) and cloud platforms.
Deep understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and translate complex technical concepts into business value.
