GENERAL SUMMARY
Responsible to maintain the machining equipment to ensure best possible OEE. Expert in Equipment and machining technologies to support lean manufacturing processes and ensure efficient problem solving.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Define pro-active maintenance plan.
Coordination of maintenance activities with third parties
Perform maintenance activities done internally.
Support to define Equipment configuration
Responsible for equipment installation and ramp-up
Support to create and maintain machining department layout.
Responsible for the set-up and approval of new parts.
Responsible for the problem solving process of the department.
Support FEMA
Create a continuous improvement culture by using BRPMS
Daily support to the line
Any Other duties assigned by his supervisor.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bilingual (80% English & Spanish), both oral and written
Industrial Engineer or related.
Six sigma methodologies.
AutoCAD
Continuous Improvements
Minimum 5 years aluminum machining experience.
Mechanical, electronic and pneumatic knowledge
Combustion engine components manufacturing process experience
