We are looking for a Quality Engineer who will report to the Quality Team Leader and will be responsible for drive quality improvements in production to ensure stable output and reduce scrap and rework, being the customer contact for quality related issues on NPD/NPI projects, ensure quality systems and standards are in place and make sure they are followed, help to protect customers against failures in the problem solving process.

You will be responsible for:
Control that needed quality tools and documentation is developed and implemented before new product release (PPAP towards Customer).
Ensure that the quality control points are established and maintained in the factory and executed according to the Control Plan.
Act as a facilitator to make sure quality tools are used in all relevant manufacturing processes and in the right way.
Control that product audits are planned and executed according to the plan and that corrective and preventive actions are made in case of nonconformities (8D process)
Participate in the Continuous Improvement process to support the execution of improvement projects in line with the quality plan (Annual quality plan)
Support and control that the QMS processes are executed including conduct audits where applicable.
Lead 8D tool in case of internal or external complaints, implement “Pokayoke” solutions.
Secure that all critical characteristics are monitored and improved to achieve process certification (MSA and SPC tool needed).
Control and management of non conformance product.
Manage containment actions at factory and customer sites as needed.
Management and execute development plan of quality auditors.
Control that the waivers and concession approval process on parts, products and manufacturing processes are correctly executed and Participate in approval of waivers on parts and internal manufacturing processes.
Your education and experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
2 years of experience in similar positions.
2 or more years of experience in APQP, PPAP and Core Tools.
2 or more years of experience in management of customer specific requirements.
2 or more years of experience in NPD (New Product Development)/NPI (New Product Introduction) Projects.
English 100% (fluently).
Personal skills: communication, proactive, self-drive, goal oriented, decision making, analytical, root cause problem solving.
