Responsibilities

Reports to the Manager of Legal Mexico;

- Assist Mexico Legal Team on a daily basis with their tasks and in any duties when assigned;

- Make recommendations with knowledge of the practices and procedures of the company, as well as select and interpret the information;

- Manage calendars and coordinate the reservation of meeting rooms;

- File and organize records, both paper and electronic;

- Planning, organizing and scheduling of complex and sensitive tasks;

- Management of budgets and payments, providing monthly reports and future forecasts;

- Coding invoices and managing the signature process for invoices and other documents;

- Arrange travel reservations/purchase of airline tickets and hotels;

- Assist with translations;

- Coordinate transportation with internal resources;

- Provide support to management staff from other TC offices when they visit Mexico City;

- Prepare and creates documents, reports, information analyses and materials to support leaders;

- Manage corporate document flow;

- Provide SAP and other system support;

- Other tasks as required.

Qualifications and Education

- High School, clerical studies, technical degree or administration degree;

- Minimum six years experience;

- Advanced computer skills, able to handle standard programs such as Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and SAP;

- Must have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail;

- Ability to prioritize tasks, especially when managing heavy workloads;

- Ability to work under pressure and independently;

- Professional integrity, reliability and discretion.

- Must possess strong communication skills, written and verbal, in both English and Spanish;

- Interpersonal skills with variety of individuals from both inside and outside the company;

- Demonstrated ability and willingness to work positively with others in a team environment.

Depending on the qualifications of the applicants, the successful candidate may be offered a position at a more appropriate level and/or ladder.
