About the Role
Uber Eats is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst for LatAm with a bias for action, a track record of results, and a passion for people. The Sales Operations Analyst will own KPI setting and definitions, regional sales reporting/dashboards, and special analytical projects for the Uber Eats LatAm region. They will help surface sales insights to the LatAm Regional General Manager, Regional Head of Sales, and Sales Ops Lead, along with the rest of the Sales org.
What You’ll Do
Serve as an advisor to our many cross-functional partners to help them interpret and collaborate with our sales data.
Develop and own LatAm-specific Sales KPIs along with the broader Global Sales Ops team and regional Strategy & Planning teams.
Manage our business' sales health, executing on projects to provide accountability and tie metrics to business KPIs.
Build and manage regional sales dashboards and reporting for leadership and the regional sales org.
Understand and represent the many needs of our sales team while driving sustainable investments in processes and systems.
What You’ll Need
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, consulting or Finance/S&P but we will consider candidates with less experience if they meet our other requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
Attention to detail with an eye for automation to reduce repetitive work
Advanced skills with Excel and/or Google Sheets
Experience with BI tools (Tableau/Looker) and SQL
Prior experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC) or a similar CRM
Highly collaborative: excited to work with several key stakeholders and many different teams.
You are humble but driven, self-motivated and goal-oriented
Passion for interacting with people and building relationships
Quick learner who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced collaborative environment
About the Team
The Sales Operations team at Uber recommends processes and software, being the architect of our sales systems, owns sales reporting and KPIs, as well as running sales trainings and enablement efforts. They run point on projects that enable us to make decisions quickly as a business. As partners to the sales organisation, they are trusted advisors that manage the sales technology strategy for our sales teams at Uber.
