Additional Work Location(s) :None About the Role Capture, analyze, and report HR trends turnover, absenteeism, HC and termination of the labor relationship.
What You Will Do
Maintain a fluid relationship with the union to which the company's employees are affiliated in order to maintain a healthy work environment, in weekly meetings with members of the union committee, during certain hours of service.
Maintain a fluid relationship with production management of the company in order to enforce agreements and meet the demands of workers regarding the scheduling of working days through scheduled meetings
Agree or negotiate the termination of a employee, through the process of termination, completing the employee's file to be prepared in case of legal assistance required and employee record control
Turnover & abstentism control; preparation of turnover reports to take decisions on corrective and preventive actions and requires by external auditors
Be aware of current labor legislation or laws to come, in order to maintain a favorable working environment
Actively participate in the business chambers to which the company ascribes, to gather information regarding the work situation in the state in indicators of turnover, absenteeism and causes for decision-making.
Registration, analysis, follow-up and response to the grievance monitoring mechanism format, received through our contact points,
Compliance with established response times and resolution, according to the type of complaint, to the correct application of code of conduct
Providing the correct labor consultancies to avoid labor contingencies and take due process.
Delivering training in disciplinary procedures, labor contract, procedures and practices to the middle management for its correct application
Manage multiple long-term and short-term projects with concurrent timelines, effectively managing time and resources to accomplish set objectives
What You Need
College or University Degree business administration, public administration, personnel administration or a closely related field.
2 years of related experience in Human Resources
Ability to work under stressful conditions.
Communication Skills (Oral and Written)
Compile and analyzing complex data
English 40%, (reading and writing)
Guidelines of public personnel administration
Principles of human resources administration including, benefits administration, classification and compensation, employee/labor relations
What is Nice to Have
Knowledge of TRESS System, SAP, Mexican Law. Social Security law, INFONAVIT,
Interpret and apply applicable laws, codes, regulations and standards
Interpret and administer collective bargaining agreements, workplace policies and procedures
Conduct research and/or investigations
