Human Resources has the goal to participate of the strategic vision of the company in South America, supporting the company to achieve it's ambition of growth. A lot of integrated processes are managed by this department and initiatives are created to atract, develop and retain talents in John Deere, helping the development of an aligned and high performance team. The Center of Expertise (COEs) and Training and Development, Staffing and Recruiting, Compensation & Benefits and Internal Communication, plus Shared Services of Payroll and Benefits are structures that assure all units of South America are aligned, as in sinergy with the corporate initiatives and processes.
What you’ll do:
Provides information to employees and managers regarding routine questions and issues.
Performs routine activities within Human Resources to support major processes such as compensation and benefits, staffing and employee development, training and development, safety and health, legal compliance and employee communications.
Gathers and compiles data to support compliance efforts such as legal requirements, Health and Safety, and other such areas.
What it takes:
Skill in Human resources as generalist (interviews, job documentation and training).
Communication skills.
Ability for the utilization of tools and software that support Human Resources processes.
Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office plus intranet and internet functions.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources / University Degree
Desired:
Compensation and benefits.
Basic Known of the labor law in Mexico.
Experience as HR Generalist.
