OBJECT OF THE POSITION.
• Help end users to solve problems related to the systems they use on their daily basis.
• Provide assistance to end users to fix any issue they get with the IT equipment.

Functions:
Act as point of contact for the IT desktop support and service desk related issues.
Work as Help Desk Tier 1 according SLA's, including tracking, monitoring and reporting of those services.
Daily monitoring Incidents to ensure issues are being resolved per SLA.
Participate in the Help Desk after hours on-call support rotation.
Recording and document all reported help desk tickets.
Identifies, researches, and resolves complex technical problems.
Follow department customer service metrics, goals and staff measurements.

Experiencia y requisitos:
Technical Career / Bachelor degree in IT or related discipline of advantage. Computer engineering or similar (In progress\Incomplete career is also acceptable).
English 80-90%
• Operating Systems: Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012.
• Hardware Repair
• Network+ Certification
• Computer proficiency - CompTIA A+ Certifications are preferred.
• Experience working on successful help desk operation with on site and remote users.
• Experience working on a help desk incident tracking solution.
• Analytic.
