We're seeking a First Line Analyst to join a Service Desk team for one of our prestigious customers.

In our Global Service Desk based in the center of Mexico City we support major international Computacenter clients for the Americas region.
Your role:
*You'll be responsible for finding practical solutions to IT problems.
*Taking and logging some 30-40 calls a day on our call management system, you'll be given the autonomy to get to the root of problems and decide which you can solve remotely and which you need to escalate to other areas of support.
*On a day-to-day basis, you'll find yourself dealing with a highly varied range of technical tasks.
Requirements:
*Proficiency in English
*Proficiency in Portuguese
*An IT helpdesk background while useful is not essential.
*An excellent telephone manner, good listening skills, an enthusiastic attitude and an organized mind are all essential.

Monthly Salary of $14,000 to $16,000 pesos
