ResponsibilitiesLead matrix team of people who have the responsibility for strategy and development, including systems and application development, and legacy systems integration. Requires close collaboration with business customers in examining solution options and in planning and managing multiple IT-centric projects
Prepare and review Requirement Documents, Functional Specifications, Use Cases, Test Strategy, Test Plan and Test Scripts
Create and maintain an information technology project plan that communicates project scope, tasks, milestone dates, status and resource allocation
Utilize software life-cycle methodology
Coordinate delivery of development and production releases that meet quality assurance standards
Assist technical team in design and development tasks
Assist test team in creating test plans and testing efforts
Minimize, manage, and avoid risks to milestones, schedules and objectives of projects
Work with cross-functional and cross-company teams to define, launch, and drive strategic business initiatives through entire project lifecycle
Education:Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering or equivalent experience
Qualifications & ExperienceAt least 3 years of experience in a hands-on technical project management role for an IT or a SaaS company
Demonstrated knowledge of the software development life cycles (SDLC) – Implementation, Deployment and Sustainability
Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools
RFP development experience (preferred)
Technical knowledge of systems integrations and ERP integrations (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Demonstrated track record of teamwork
Demonstrated ability in leading customer initiatives
Understanding of dynamic Web application development using ColdFusion, PHP, ASP or other similar Web application development technology
Technical Familiarity with SQL databases
