The IT Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for ensuring the operation, availability, security, and continuity of the organization's technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and critical business systems.

Experiencia y requisitos
Academic Background:
Bachelor's degree in computer systems engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Certification or diploma as a Network Administrator (desirable).
Knowledge of MCSA (Microsoft) and Cybersecurity.
Work Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in the IT area.
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing infrastructure with second-level (N2) support.
Experience with operating systems and administration of Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP).
Experience in networking and connectivity, including configuration of routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls, and LAN/WAN concepts.
Knowledge of patch implementation, antivirus solutions, backup management, and disaster recovery plans.
Basic knowledge of managing SLAs and KPIs in IT service contracts.
Technical Skills:
User support and troubleshooting.
Project management.
Soft Skills:
Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-solving and continuous learning.
Languages:
Advanced English, both written and spoken (essential).
