IT Business Relationship Manager - Treasury
Main Purpose
Team member of the Financial and Corporate Functions DevSecOps group. Responsible for providing daily technical and application baseline support in running Treasury and other business functions (such as Tax and Legal) as well as implementing quality solutions for these area. Must rely on extensive experience and judgment to maintain and support multiple priority applications including Quantum and Swift. This role will work with IT partners, vendors and clients to perform analysis, design, test, system upgrades, package implementations and enhancements as part of a DevSecOps team. Security is a priority and this role will be responsible for working across Security, IT Operations and the business to secure hardware and solutions. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced, changing environment where successful dealing with ambiguity is key
Accountabilities •Support Finance and Corp Function systems with a focus on Treasury
•Work closely with other technical team members both internal and external to PepsiCo to effectively and efficiently coordinate and address business/system needs
•Support the on-site SWIFT Autoclient/SIL environment (hardware and software), interacting with sysadmin and networking teams
•Support for Treasury instances of all the banking portals
•Plan, coordinate and execute SWIFT infrastructure maintenance tasks, including patching of the Alliance Lite Software components, PKI certificate renewal, migration to upgraded h/w and/or operating system
•Work with Treasury Security Officers (LSO/RSO) on tasks that require additional security permissions
•Work with Internal Security teams with knowledge of our hardened environment and secure processes
•Coordinate the Swift security attestations
•Implement Quantum and Swift security features to encrypt and process payment files
•Coordinate upgrades and/or VPN box replacements with SWIFT support and internal PepsiCo teams
•Coordinate hardware platform upgrades
•Packaged system implementations with n-tier architecture (ex. Citrix, Application Server, Web Server, Database Server, etc.)
•Interfacing systems, analyzing, converting, manipulating, validating and reconciling data
•Planning and guiding Treasury Security Officers through procedures
Qualifications/Requirements
Education/Requirement
Bachelor's degree in related field
•5+ years experience in application (both vendor package and in-house built)support,
•Technically strong with ability to understand application architecture e.g. how different SWIFT Alliance components fit together and the complex on-premise Quantum/Swift architecture and security that was built for Pepsi
•Understanding networking protocols, basic firewall rules
•Full Life Cycle project management experience
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
•Deep Treasury systems background
•Excellent interpersonal, effective and efficient communications with all levels of employees, management and executives, and with team members without direct authority
•Team Player, high degree of self-motivation, results oriented, strong collaboration skills
•May require on call 24x7 during peak times
•Candidate must have customer service attitude and embrace IT as a service provider
