Your focus on riskmitigation and technology integration ensures a resilient and competitive edge.You will report directly to our Director of Operations and you will work out ofour Ciudad Juarez location. In this role, you will impact the following: -Oversee and integrate procurement, production, inventory management, anddistribution processes. - Develop and execute strategies for optimizing theentire supply chain. - Forecast demand, analyze market trends, and makedata-driven recommendations for planning. - Manage supplier relationships,negotiate contracts, and ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. -Streamline processes to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimizecosts. - Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvementinitiatives. - Work closely with production, logistics, finance, and otherdepartments to ensure alignment. -
xEstablish and monitor key performance indicators(KPIs) for the integrated supply chain. - Prepare and present regular reportsto senior management, highlighting achievements and improvement opportunities.- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to uphold established qualitystandards. -Monitor team member turnover; identify key factors that can beimproved; make improvements -Manage the hiring activities as per workcellbusiness forecast outlook - Identify individual and team strengths anddevelopment needs on an ongoing basis - Identify creative ways to reduce costby streamlining processes and systems - Utilize tools to monitor departmentalcost and cost trends, striving continuously to improve value technicalmanagement responsibilities - Demonstrate a commitment to customer service;anticipate, meet, and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly andeffectively; making customer issues a priority - Ensure 100% adherence to allcompany policies and procedures (i.e. Health and Safety, Quality) - Ensure allsensitive and confidential information is handled appropriately.
