With millions of active users in the region, Latin America is one of the fastest growing regions for eBay and the key priority for the company’s global expansion. We are seeking an Internet Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution across the different search, display and mobile channels to drive buyer acquisition, branding, and conversion.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Work hand on hand with the Head of Acquisition for Latin America to define the strategy for search, display and mobile channels to maximize ROI and Customer Lifetime Value.
Own the strategy, planning, creative, execution, and optimization for all search, display and mobile campaigns in Mexico.
Define budget allocation and optimization for all Internet Marketing channels.
Monitor, test, and improve performance across search, display and mobile channels, providing actionable recommendations to maximize KPIs
Manage relationships with eBay Global Growth and Americas Marketing teams and with digital media agencies to ensure flawless execution of Internet Marketing campaigns.
Lead innovation across channels to maximize performance
***Proficiency in Spanish is required***
Job Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish
Experience with attribution models, data analytics, and trafficking
Deep knowledge and expertise in digital marketing, with key focus on search, display and mobile
Has sharp strategic thinking and ability to translate quantitative & qualitative consumer data/insights into a strong targeted marketing strategy
Is a great marketer with sound analytical skills and strong intuition regarding creative design and consumer response
Output focused with aptitude to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and drive towards implementation and results
Demonstrated project management, planning and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to innovate and think creatively
Fun, energetic, and collaborative personality. A positive outlook, a driven and detail-oriented nature, and the drive to excel and thrive in an exciting, fast-paced environment
Basic Qualifications:
Five years of experience in digital marketing for a technology or e-commerce company with focus in Mexico and/or any other Latin American market
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Advertising, Engineering or similar
Experience in e-commerce or internet company is preferred
Deep knowledge of Excel and SQL is required
