5+ years of demonstrated ability to think commercially and work closely with commercial stakeholders.- 5+ years of experience in retail, project management, supply chain, inventory management, sourcing, finance and/or consulting project management experience.- 5+ years of experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership- Bachelor Degree.
Certificate of completion of studies is required.- Experiences in business with international supply chain/import challenges, preferable in retail.- Experience with direct imports or long mile logistics.- Experience with purchasing or inventory management in e-commerce or retail.- SQL working knowledge.- Experience working with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.- Master Degree
