Inside support representative Serialle Entrepreneursis looking for talented candidates who enjoy the challenge.

If you're not afraid to step up and take a swing, and you're someone who enjoys having to constantly outdo yourself and have set goals, then this might just be the job for you.

What would your responsibilities be?

- As a sales representative you will be reaching out to a list of leads, from top to bottom while logging each communication with detailed notes.
- Engage potential customers to schedule high quality leads for outside sales team visits.
- Maintain constant communication with potential customers in an organized, professional and timely manner.
- Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific leads of Serialle’s clients.
- Work hand in hand with the outside sales team to set up appointments and increase likelihood of closing the sale.
- Communicate directly and efficiently with management as soon as any issues or opportunities that require immediate attention appear.
- Apply personal ethics, honesty, initiative, flexibility, and confidentiality in all areas of responsibility
- Ability to write courteous emails showing high levels of customer service.

The ideal candidate will have:

- The ability to communicate in a professional manner and engage in conversation with different type of clients.
- Previous experience working as a sales agent (Preferred)
- Advanced phone handling and multi-tasking skills
- The discipline to reach, and go beyond, the goals set by the team.
- A goal-oriented mentality.
