**ABOUT THE ROLE**
**WHAT THE CANDIDATE WILL DO**:
- Post requisitions for job openings; Conduct pre-screen interviews; Schedule and manage interviews from initial meeting through the panel interview process; Conduct pre-employment skills assessments.
- Report on any issues of concern.
- Reporting of results
- Administration of hires and resignations of interns
- Special projects as needed
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:
- 1 or more years of experience in recruiting or administration
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of recruitment and selection programs and best practices, and related tools.
- Advanced Spanish and English written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Knowledge of Freight Industry
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Microsoft Excel— knowledge of Microsoft Excel including but not limited to VLookup, Pivot Tables and advanced formulas.
