Theprimary role of the Strategist is to successfully lead low and mediumcomplexity engagements with limited direction, to support the management oflarge complex projects, and to contribute in the development of practice tools andprocesses.
As an Innovation Strategist in our practiceyou must be able to:
·Lead client-facingconversations that may challenge established perspectives on processes, systemsand consumers.
·Translate innovationproject objectives into actionable and understandable briefs acrossdepartments.
·Manage the creation ofsuccessful project deliverables.
·Articulate and buildproject narrative for deliverables and presentations.
·Inspire and managecross- functional teams.
·Build and defendinnovation POVs and strategies that meet project objectives and receive clientendorsement.
·Create new business opportunities by bringingnew clientes or upselling when opportunity is available.
·Bachelors or Master’sdegree in a relevant field (business, design, innovation, strategy,journalism).
·Experience in humancentered design, service design, design research, business design, or customerexperience mapping projects.
·Demonstrated experienceas a client-facing advisor / consultant.
·Deep understanding ofDesign Thinking / Human Centered Design.
·Professional Level English.
· Portuguese is a plus.
