Job Description
TheTest Engineerwill be based inCd. Juárez Chih.The candidate selected will be responsible for Initiating and implementing actions for continuous monitoring and improvement of testing processes, minimizing test equipment downtime in accordance with customer requirements, technical specifications of equipment and internal procedures.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
Initiate and implement actions for continuous monitoring and improvement of testing processes, minimize test equipment downtime in accordance with customer requirements, technical specifications of equipment and internal procedures.
Prepare maintenance instructions for equipment test and check its correct functionality in accordance with customer requirements, internal procedures and the manufacturer’s instructions.
Keep test programs updated, initiate actions to meet the test requirements and specifications from the customers, ensuring backup; Provide testing and inspection activities, reports to CFT and customers; Manage inventory of spare parts and take action to reduce spare parts costs.
Track efficiency of testing and monitoring indicators in the responsibility areas; You’ll participate in analysis, interact with other engineering groups and customers for solving technical problems.
Here is some of what you’ll need (required):
Bachelors in Electronics/Telecommunication/IT Programming.
2-3 years of experience in Test engineering.
Experience in Circuit Test “ICT” (HP3070, Genrad or Teradyne).
Experience in HiPot Test, burning test, ground bond and Check Sum.
Knowledge in any of the following programming languages: LabView, CVI, C++, TestStand.
Experience in functional power test in LED lamps or similar products.
Basic working experience in technical areas – programming, networking, Windows or Linux system operation.
Advanced English language and very good MS Office skills.
Here are a few of our preferred experiences:
Experience with ICT/AOI/Functional test equipment.
Programming language knowledge - basic level; capacity to develop or modify simple programs.
Experience in audio and video test.
