INFRA TELECOM SERVICES
RolePropose:Manage the Branch, Campus & InternationalNetworks as critical domain for Telecommunication Services.
Responsibilities:The Manager is responsible for ensuring the network servicefor ATMs, Branches, Campus & International links, this role also steers allnetwork remediation actions working with cross functional technology teamsacross the HSBC Group, also managing and leading change orders execution,incidents resolution and root cause identification by the team & vendorsensuring the diligent resolution and closure on time, identify cost reductionopportunities and manage the finance related to this domain are required.
Ensure that all projects are tracked being delivered in time and withinbudget
Implement Change Requests successfully, aligned to plan, inside windowdefined, without incidents
Reduce the number of incidents with outage due to Infrastructure issuesand reduce the number of minutes loss produced by it
To identify root cause of IN with outage, have a plan to avoidrepetition of IN's
Ensure that all network infrastructure are protected againstcyber-attacks by having the right level of patching provided by globalengineering teams in each cycle
Ensure that all Audit points, MSII's, GASRAS and any risk requirementare closed in time
Manage properly the AOP assigned
Bachelor Degree: Engineering, Systems or related
English speaker (fluent) 90%
Experience in ITIL processes (Certification is desirable)
Knowledge in Cisco Routing & Switching technologies
Strong managerial, communications, project management, organizational, lateralthinking, strategic planning, problem solving , analytical, mathematical,decision-making, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to seek out and improve on best practice and capability.
Ability to build long-term relationships with all stakeholders (employees,peers, etc.)
