Implement Change Requests successfully, aligned to plan, inside window defined, without incidents
Reduce the number of incidents with outage due to Infrastructure issues and reduce the number of minutes loss produced by it
To identify root cause of IN with outage, have a plan to avoid repetition of IN's
Ensure that all network infrastructure are protected against cyber-attacks by having the right level of patching provided by global engineering teams in each cycle
Ensure that all Audit points, MSII's, GASRAS and any risk requirement are closed in time
Manage properly the AOP assignedCalificaciones
Bachelor Degree: Engineering, Systems or related
English speaker (fluent) 90%
Experience in ITIL processes (Certification is desirable)
Knowledge in Cisco Routing & Switching technologies
