Information Technology Administrator

Manufacturing company is looking for:· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent work experience.· 2-4 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including networks and servers..· Experience with different software and hardware management.· Advanced proficiency in English.· Experience dealing with suppliers and clients.· Ability to travel.· Ability to work in Salinas Victoria, MX· Strong Problem Solving skills· Excellent customer Service· Negotiation SkillsMain duties:• Oversee and support the IT environment to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved and issues are appropriately escalated.• Implement new systems and perform upgrades to existing infrastructure.• Carry out project-related tasks to support the timely delivery of departmental initiatives.• Contribute to the design and integration of IT architecture within the current infrastructure.• Coordinate tactical goals with other IT teams to ensure alignment across departments.• Maintain an understanding of how tactical initiatives and projects align with the departmental budget.• Travel Requirement:Approximately 25% travel; typically one week per month.Benefits:· Benefits above law.· Transportation.· Hybrid scheme· Growth opportunities
