Now we are looking for this position:
I&O Resolution Coordinator
Main Purpose
The main objective of this role is to help to resolve critical incidents quickly by coordinating activities with the right resolver groups. In addition, the role coordinates all subsequent root cause analysis activities to surface areas of improvement, updates known error database, and performs whatever action that is required to prevent the recurrence of the same incident.
Accountabilities
- Manages the recovery of impacted IT services
- Assists to I&O Recovery Lead to coordinate all major incident recovery activities
- Executes all activities related with post incident review to complete it in timely manner
- Manages problem management and coordinates all related activities for root cause analysis per SLA
- Updates the known error database to be more effective in fast incident resolution
- Monitors and ensures compliance standards and healthchecks including timely patching, scheduled reboots, storage capacity etc.
- Tracks and provides visibility of service improvement plans for remediating critical Infrastructure gaps
- Updates landscape monitoring, ensures Cis are updated, and co-governs the alert mgmt. process
- Support landscape monitoring accuracy, ensures all Cis are included, and assists the alert management process
Experience and profile
- Skilled in multiple technologies
- ITIL foundation certification or equivalent experience
- Experience working in a virtual environment
- Customer-service oriented
- People, stakeholder and vendor management
- Understanding of general finance and budgeting
- EXCELLENT ENGLISH COMUNICATION SKILLS
