What are we searching for…...OEC Group is currently looking for candidates with around 3-5 years of experience in the Human Resources field, focusing specifically on Recruitment.
Our ideal candidate is someone with the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, strong communication and interpersonal skills and an educational background in Human Resources.
The Human Resources Specialist is mainly responsible for coordinating full-cycle recruitment for the Guadalajara, Mexico office. Other responsibilities include administering benefits to employees, addressing employee relations issues and maintaining company policies.
What we can offer:OEC Group provides a specialized training program for new hires in our Operations department. You will receive training on the daily operations of your position to understand the Freight Forwarding industry. While training, you’ll work one on one with your Supervisor or Manager, while also shadowing senior members of your department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesConfers with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting Human Resources functions and ensures policies, procedures are compliant with the law.
Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
Develops recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings.
Coordinates training sessions for management and employees on topics such as interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.
Reviews applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position.
Coordinates and participates in setting up display and working at job fairs.
Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
Work ScheduleGuadalajara Office 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST
QualificationsKnowledge of English language (80% minimum)
Education and/or ExperienceBachelor’s degree required with a focus in Human Resources (or a relevant field) and 3-5 years of experience.
