We are looking for a committed HR Professional profile to support our local Business Units to ensure timely and accurate completion of our HR Business Processes including Compensation and benefits, Staffing, Training and Development programs, and Data Reporting to our headquarters in Germany.

Daily essential duties & Responsibilities often involve:
• Participating in annual payroll budget and ensuring adherence to the budget throughout the year
• Administering indirect employee health and welfare plans
• Assisting with the performance review and termination processes
• Meeting with department managers to develop specific recruiting plans and assisting with new indirect employee hiring processes
• Developing and maintaining relationships with college and university placement offices
• Designing and implementing development programs at all organizational levels
• Administering our annual learning needs detection and annual learning and development plan
• Providing wide range of HR support and advise to department managers
• Maintaining new hire, employee, and absentee reports (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)
• Create and administrate communication campaigns for employees at all levels
• Additional duties as assigned
Experiencia y requisitos
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• You must be located in Tijuana
• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in HR field
• Bachelor’s Degree with Human Resources / Business Administration field of Study (preferred)
• Mexican Federal Labor Law knowledge
• Human capital administration by competence and or Talent Management leadership
• Recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency
• Solid communication and collaborative leadership skills
• Strong Data Analyze skills is a must
• Self-driving and a creative attitude are a must
• Work independently with minimum supervision
• Quickly learn new system and technology
• Microsoft office.
• TRESS System knowledge (preferred)
• Workday System knowledge (preferred)
• Fully bilingual (preferred)
