How you will do it
·Attend/received calls through our HR line from employees, Managers, Vendors and HRBP´s and give resolution to their payroll requests, doubts or questions
·Accomplish the SLA´s specifications indicated for calls and cases
·Provide first call resolution, if possible
·Support the US Payroll processes administrated from Mexico: Off cycle payments, Onetime payments, Payment elections changes, Over/under payments, Stop payments, Deductions by analyzing the cases/calls received and providing the proper documentation to route the case to the payroll specialist.
·Administrate all the cases and calls received through Microsoft Dynamics within the SLA indicated for each one
·Support the second point of escalation team in any new activity

·Used to work under objectives, pressure and time frames Organized and responsible
Over a year of experience within HR Service Center preferred.
Over a year of experience in Share Service Centers or HR Operations.
High English Proficiency (written and spoken), capable of delivering presentations and coordinating work teams in English.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
