The HR Manager will be responsible for employee life cyclefor the associates in Mexico.
The person will carry out the following activities:
• Onboarding
• Support rebadging processes (documentation, onboarding,welcome, etc.)
• Conduct a facility Tour to New Joiners
• Conduct New Hire Orientation Session for New Joiner
• Assist in Employee ID / Email Activation to new joiners
• Keep NHO deck updated
• Send onboarding to new joiners email after NHO
• HR Communications
• Create and send internal communications (birthdays,anniversaries, national holidays, etc.)
• Participate in Client Visits
• Provide HR information during RFI / RFP
• Update Yammer Groups and Be.Cognizant site
• Represent Cognizant Talent management internally andexternally
• Foster strong Culture and Work Environment
• Promote C-Pulse participation
• Implement Corporate initiatives such as Outreach,Diversity & Inclusion, Go Green, etc.
• Partner with BU and corporate functions to createengagement activities
• Internal Policies Creation and communication
• Coach BUs leaders on Human Resources topics (laborreforms, process, etc.)
• Conduct internal trainings on required aspects
• Implement Cognizant Programs such as Cognizant25 ordifferent specific initiatives
• Represent Talent Management for employee queries aboutdifferent topics
• Celebration Fund planning and executing PerformanceManagement:
• Track and follow-up compliance with Quarterly Deliverablesand Check-In, and YEA Processes
• Submit Promotion Request for BU / Talent ManagementLeadership Approvals
• Partnership with Compensation and Payroll Team in order tocomplete Promotion Process
• Responsible for CCA (role tagging, skill profiling, RDPs,etc.)
• Partner with Compensation Team during Salary Revisions andPerformance Incentive
• Assist HR Compliance / Corporate Security Team duringinternal investigations
• Create and deliver Disciplinary Actions requested byBusiness Units Administrative and HR Operations
• Keep updated Employee Data Base
• Provide approval for Payroll (including accountincentives)
• Maintain physical personal file storage
• Maintain Talent Management shared drive updated withinformation
• Absence management: completing and signing inabilities
• Share Monthly Engagement Reports to HR Operations
• Reports and presentation creations as required
• Provide information about Payroll and Legal aspects of thecountry
• Exit Procedure
• Send Exit Questionnaire to employees during Exit Process
• Deliver Final Settlement, Paycheck and Labor RelationshipTermination Certificate Letter to former employees
• Support ramp-down of operations (documentation,coordination, communications, etc.)
• Support recruiting initiatives
