Primary Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all Human Resources functions within the plant,
Create an environment where all team members have access to the management of Android so their problems and questions are heard and resolved;
Ensure that team members are treated within Android’s values and expectations in all personnel actions, and that each team member is treated fairly and that they are given every chance to succeed at Android.
Human Resources Leader will play an active role in developing, monitoring and achieving the operation’s goals through ongoing continuous improvement activities,
Provide leadership and expertise to the plant’s team members.

Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Law or Business Management. Other degrees or experience will be considered if they are deemed equivalent.
10+ years experience in Human Resources preferred; five years in a management role.
Experience in providing HR services and support in a multi-facility environment.
Extensive experience with Worker’s Compensation
Demonstrated experience with labor relations
Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with and lead people
Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
