World-renowned company, leader in the field of software and hardware, is looking for high achieving people to join their Global HR Service Center in a junior position.
Our Global HR Service Center provides operational and support services on HR topics on a global scale, with focus on customer support and core HR operations: data management, onboarding, leave administration, staffing, learning & development, benefits, and more. We are responsible for over 60k employees around the globe.
This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality execution of core HR data management operations (using SAP and other company tools). It will also be responsible for the interpretation of company policy to best advise the employee and partner in driving simplification in line with our standard.
You will develop thorough knowledge on HR data management practices, end-to-end processes, ability to monitor and control for quality and standard controls, perform trend analysis and basic data diagnostics, all in a highly demanding but highly rewarding environment.
We're looking for you if your background and skills include the following:
Experience as HR Generalist or in Customer Service
Fluent English, both written and conversational
Strong HR systems aptitude and ability to learn and master our systems
Strong analytical skills and Excel savviness.
Ability to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information
High Interpersonal skills
High level of attention to detail
Knowledge of an ERP (preferably in SAP) and/or a common help desk tool such as CRM is a plus.
