Desktop Support

Tech skills

Identify, evaluate, and prioritize user problems and complaints

Process requests for new mobile phones

Vendor relationships and management with service providers

Improvements of monthly reporting for mobility and other telecom costs

Basic Knowledge of: Mobile administration, Data Network and Telecom

Power BI (Desirable)
