Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As a Head of Platforms, you will be at the forefront of innovation in digital marketing (Data, Analytics, GDPR, Cloud, etc.) and contribute to shape its future in all Latin America. You will lead a highly skilled team that acts as a trusted advisors, combining business judgment with product expertise. You will partner with Google's largest customers to develop and execute success plans leveraging Google technology that meet their business objectives and stakeholder goals. You also will have the goal to increase client's accounts and optimize their advertising expenditures by collaborating and consulting with major customers.

We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Minimum qualifications:

- 10 years of field sales experience in the technology industry.
- 4 years of relevant work experience in a people management role.
- Experience in ad tech, including media buying and analytics.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently and idiomatically

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience leading tech focused sales, and deep expertise with software solutions; strong understanding of marketing / ad technologies
- Track record of leading media/technology sales teams.
- Established relationships and presence within the digital, media and enterprise marketing technology sectors.
- Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, team environment and the ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management; demonstrated success establishing, managing, and maintaining C-suite customer relationships.
- Agile, adaptive mindset, willingness to roll up sleeves, commitment to continuous improvement, motivated "can-do" attitude, and results-oriented.

- Manage a team and work with other sales teams to target existing and some new customers in Latin America and to develop strong relationships with executives.
- Drive business growth in the North of Latin America by developing and implementing direct and indirect sales strategies, as well as coordinating the post sales delivery.
- Manage sales forecasting and pipeline, analyze data trends and client performance, develop solid strategic account plans, and prepare and conduct strategic promotions and sales presentations; Collaborate and consult with major customers.
- Grow the business base from a set of priority accounts and increase the penetration of Google Marketing Platform and advanced marketing analytics solutions deployed within these priority accounts.
- Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with customers and to serve as an advocate to targeted events and conferences.
