About the role
Our newest product, Uber Eats, gives you the food you want delivered on demand. We work with thousands of restaurants and courier-partners globally to change the face of food delivery. Uber’s proud to be delivering our service throughout 5 countries in LATAM already, with amazing success and this and other incredible opportunities to continue to grow.
We are looking for a Brand Lead to develop multi-market brand campaigns across LATAM. This is a unique opportunity to work in a highly engaged, fast moving team that shapes the future of food by making food delivery an everyday thing.
What You'll Do
Develop, launch and track multi-market integrated campaigns across digital, offline above the line and below the line channels
Define Uber Eats' brand positioning for LATAM and elevate our brand by developing creative campaign concepts
Define and implement a framework to identify and prioritise marketing strategies and campaigns across LATAM
Collaborate with countries to define marketing strategies and ensure campaigns are locally relevant
Work with in-house media teams and agencies to find, buy and optimize media channel mix
Develop standards for measuring the impact of brand campaigns to substantiate future investments in our brand
Manage a team of highly effective lifecycle marketers managing core campaigns to our courries and restaurants partners
Focus on the funnel and set concrete goals to improve onboarding engagement and retention
Develop lifecycle marketing strategies that engage hundreds of millions of users across the globe
Set and advocate for lifecycle marketing priorities with analytics, design, product, policy, BD, and development
Build structures, process, and guidance for working with local marketing teams operating in cities around the world
What You'll Need
Proven track record of building best-in-class brand campaigns.
Minimum of 10 years of experience within large scale global consumer branding/marketing organizations but we will consider candidates with less experience if they meet our other requirements
A strong track record in consumer marketing with a mix of digital, offline and BTL experience and proven creative excellence
Storyteller who keeps their pulse on new and emerging ways to bring the brand narrative to life
Strong analytical skills with the ability to promptly establish priorities and communicate expectations
A natural team player, with a strong track record of cross-functional leadership and partnership
A passion for creating structure and overcoming organizational inertia
Superb writing and communication skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience with people management and team builder
Professional proficiency in English and Spanish is required
Bonus Points
MBA preferred
Additional experience with additional marketing channels (paid, social, etc)
