The incumbent will report to the HCIS Business
Development manager, Mexico.
He/she will be responsible for technical product support and knowledge
in developing, qualifying and closing profitable HCIS deals within assigned
KAM and geographical area; will support the launch of new products,
development, execution, and tracking of promotions and sales with the
cooperation of Vertical and local Marketing functions.
Portfolio Management & Competitive
Intelligence/Analysis
Maintain and further improve his/her technical knowledge relating to all
the HCIS product portfolio, related technologies, future roadmap and
maintain a detailed understanding of competitors technologies and offers.

Customer Management
·
Understand the goals of the customer (i.e. research, clinical,
financial) and make use of that knowledge to consult the customer in all
aspects professionally.
·
Improve customer satisfaction (as measured by customer
satisfaction scores) by setting clear delivery expectations (i.e. what is the
customer buying a feature, function, service delivery and uptime, training
and application, consulting and post-sale support) and provide the Customer
Care Manager with data to meet or exceed expectations.
·
Collect Voice of Customer input together with the Cluster
Marketing Manager and provide feedback to the Vertical.

Sales Support
·
Strive to become a trusted consultant to both our customers
and our sales people on emerging technologies.
·
Support sales team defining technical solutions that fit most
with customer needs
·
Identify and drive upsell opportunities on Installed Base
·
Support Sales Organization in scouting new prospects and
opportunities
·
Provide technical information required in contracts/tenders.
·
Design and quote the best architecture need it that fits most
with customer needs.
·
Take all reasonable steps to identify and resolve customer
complaints and escalate them if necessary in line with the company’s process.
·
Develop & distribute to the team the best practice
knowledge for using HCIS solutions.
·
Identify/assess the technical level of the sales organization
for input to the Training Manager.
·
Deliver non-service product training into the
clusters/Channels. Localize training material as needed.
·

Business
Analysis
·
Participate in the qualification of deals based on technical
know how (Checking the funnel). Transfer leads to the Sales Organization as
appropriate
·
Research, identify, evaluate and communicate findings and
recommendations to product management, marketing and sales regarding
competitive product offerings.
·

Go to Market –
Introductions & Commercialization
·
Review of CRD (Customer Requirement Documents) during the
commercialization process of new products.
·
Trade Trials (Site selection, coordination, final customer
outcome) Maintain relationships with reference sites.
·
Participate in product launches and work on localization of
launch packages. Work in close cooperation with Cluster Marketing Managers to
mobilize the sales force to generate the most effective product market
introduction.
Marketing
·
Review product and marketing documentation for accuracy and
appropriate language. Work in close collaboration with Cluster marketing to
create documentation and support material for end users and sales staff
(excluding Operator / Key Operator / Technical Manuals).
·
Help Cluster Marketing to identify local campaigns.
Business Results
·
Measured on bookings, revenue, and margin of the product line

Excellent technical knowledge in HCIS, network and cloud technology

Excellent understanding of Workflow in hospitals, radiology
departments, and other IT systems
·
Good understanding of product marketing

Good sales skills

Advanced business analytical skills

Monitor details – comprehensively display results
·
Organization & planning capability
·
Strong interpersonal skills
·
Strong team player yet independent driver
·
Excellent communication (oral/written) and presentation skills
·
Mexican mother tongue with good verbal and written
English-language skills
·
High Availability to travel across the country and the
assigned area is mandatory
