About the Role
We are looking for an outstanding Recruiter to join our operations recruiting team. The operations recruiting team supports Community Operations organization in Latam, based in Mexico City.
What You’ll Do
You'll manage a full cycle recruiting process for high volume customer service roles across multiple cities for Latam, specifically Uber's virtual customer support and in-person driver support organizations.
You'll review resumes, conduct phone screens, identify qualified candidates to present to hiring managers, and extend offers to candidates
You'll work very closely with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process, managing expectations and building outstanding client relationships along the way
You'll become knowledgeable about our business and the customer support organization at Uber and will be able to speak to what makes Uber a great place to work
You'll balance speed and efficiency with creating magical candidate experiences during their recruiting process
What You’ll Need
Outstanding organization and attention to detail
High volume recruiting, sourcing, and recruiting coordinator experience in a fast-paced department or organization
Expertise in managing candidate pipeline and executing against a timeline
Technical savvy - you're comfortable learning new tools and processes
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Bonus Points If
You have direct experience recruiting for high volume customer support or retail organization
