Role Purpose
The Business Development category is responsible for generating new business and for initiating and managing business development initiatives.
The tasks for this role will include most of the following:
Assist in establishing new business relationships and strengthening existing ones, whilst ensuring fair outcomes for all types of customers
Assist in the communication of new products, propositions and relevant market information to customers
Proactively identify sales opportunities and develop these opportunities
Supporting distribution channel business development strategies
Support plans and strategies to generate new business as well as increase revenue for existing ones in order to achieve asset growth, sales or revenue targets
Collaborate with internal stakeholders which may include relationship mangers and product specialists to maximise cross-selling opportunities for the bank
Participate in events, initiatives and activities to develop business opportunities
Protect the bank’s reputation and ensure an acceptable risk profile whilst deepening your understanding of the client through credit and customer due diligence reviews

Calificaciones

Principal Accountabilities
Promote and generate revenue between customers of segments MME and BBU, products of GTRF - Target Client Vision with call report and deals and income MI
Determine, together with MME and BBU banks, the best product option with amount and terms and rates for the client. - Target: Support of different authorizations.
Increase customer acquisition to generate more NTT and NTB - Target: increase in revenues reported in the MI
Supervise the transactions of the clients in combination with the Client Service team so that they can be closed successfully. Target-- Income in the MI
Supervise portfolio maintenance to act in a timely manner in the management of Collection Target - LICS
Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor or Master (preferential) in Economic-Administrative careers
Availability to travel or change residence
Basic knowledge of International Trade and Factoring products
Bilingual 100%
