.Partner with COE's and external stakeholders to deliver human resource programs for client groups to ensure the organization's current and future HR requirements are met (e.G., recruitment; onboarding, training, development; compensation/remuneration; benefits; performance evaluation; organizational development; relocation; equal employment; health, safety and employee wellness; HR administration;HR information systems; monthly payroll; headcount).Lead and participate in the interview/selection of talent in assigned countries and partner with compensation to drive competitive offersPerform front line HR duties for assigned country(ies) including and not limited to:Ensure and follow end to end payroll processes with external vendorManage all personnel administration processes within Mexico and Colombiaperforming complex investigation, handling non-routine employee issues, performing complex compensation analysis, interpreting and advising managementPartner with HR Management or COE's to evaluate the organization's future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to remain locally compliant and adapt existing HR programs to meet these needs.Consult, advise, influence and partner with country leadership on talent strategies and actions to build an engaged and high-performing organizationIdentify training needs within the country and participate in evaluation and monitoring of training and coaching programs to ensure success.Maintain an effective level of business literacy about the client group(s) business, financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.**Education and Experience**:Bachelor's DegreeExperience in all HR disciplines areaSolid English skills**Additional Skills**:- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.G., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control- Travel (day and overnight by car, air, train, etc.) will vary.
