**Role Summary**:Deliver HR operational services support to regional HR customers and respond to inquiries related to:- Employee / Manager self-service transactions- Position Management- New hires & pre-hire onboarding- Voluntary Terminations- General pay and benefits- HR policy and HR portal navigation- Union relation.
**Responsibilities**:- Respond to customer requests and provide guidance to associates and managers- Consistently execute HR processes, using case management, chat and telephony- Provide guidance to associates and managers on self-service transactions and navigating the HR portal- Research solutions to HR customer inquiries and escalate as needed- Understand and be able to communicate HR policies, processes, and procedures- Exceptional customer service, emotional intelligence and empathy -Excellent probing abilities, to identify true need from customer- Resourcefulness and ability to find answers quickly- Thorough with responses to inquiries and issues- Adaptable to different customer types and situations- Technologically savvy to improve and automate activities- Knowledge of the full HR operations solution and intersection points- Language expertise based on language strategy**Preferred Experience / Skills**:- Experience in working with manufacturing, engineering, or sales teams.- Experience in Workday.
