We're on the lookout for a Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team.
If you're passionate about finding and attracting top talent, this might be the perfect role for you.
Here's what you'll be doing:- ** Team Collaboration**: Work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify and attract the best talent.
Your insights will be invaluable in shaping our recruitment process.- ** End-to-End Recruitment**: Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
You'll work independently but also know when to seek guidance.- ** Stakeholder Updates**: Keep everyone in the loop with regular updates on recruitment progress.
Use feedback to continuously improve our processes.- ** Problem Solving**: Partner with the Team Leader to create and execute recovery plans for tough recruitment challenges.- ** Data Analysis**: Use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to analyze data and generate reports that provide meaningful insights for stakeholders.- ** Social Media & Branding**: Use social media to boost our employer brand and communicate our Employee Value Proposition.
Represent us at career fairs and other events.- ** Communication Skills**: Show off your strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, in various professional settings.- ** Market Research**: Attend industry events to conduct market research and share your findings with the team.We're looking for someone who can juggle multiple aspects of the recruitment process while maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism.

**Qualifications**- 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition- Understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- English advanced proficiency- Ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.- Adaptability and willingness to embrace change and continuous learning.- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.- Experience in utilizing sourcing tools and techniques effectively.- Familiarity with different Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
