Role Summary:
The Finance Analyst will be a member of the FP&A Renewables COE team based in Monterey, Mexico, and will be responsible of provide financial planning, analysis and reporting support to both Onshore HQ and Renewables HQ Teams. This is a critical role to communicate with different operational and functional stakeholder on financial figures.

Essential Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Income statement and Cash metrics reporting, and analytics for Multimodal (Tier 2) in Renewables
A critical role to close/report both sites (Haiphong & Shenyang) on financial figures & drivers
Participate in Monthly/Quarterly Operating reviews to support FP&A (Multimodal) explaining key drivers based on data analytics
Provide historical data and project future year financials for planning cycle based on market assumptions
Responsible of Onshore’s Inventory global consolidation and reporting
Aligning the operational view with the financial figures reported in closing and forecasting
Help with Inventory/AP reporting across Renewables, analysis, and information flow improvements
Identify inventory key driver variances versus planning across Renewables
Work with Tier 1 teams to create productivity metrics for Renewables (606 reporting adjustments)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other business-related field and minimum of +3 years of financial work experience
GE business FP&A experience is a plus
Language skills: Proficient in Spanish and English
Strong communication skills

Graduate of FMP/CAS

Able to clearly link financial strategy to operational performance drivers
Generate alternatives and drive positive change
Excellent communication skills
Experience working across multiple levels (including executive level) functions and regions
Able to clearly communicates complex financial information in an easy to understand manner: able to deliver messages effectively (verbally and written)
Integrity: Accepting and adhering to a high moral, ethical and personal values in decisions, communications, actions and when dealing with others
