**Responsibilities**:
**LAB FP&A Sr. Analyst**

**Main Purpose**

GBS LAB FP&A Sr. Analyst will play a key role in the LATAM's Beverage business.
This role is responsible for report generating and consolidation of a world class Global Business Service (GBS) for LAB FP&A which embraces LAB Central, LAB North, LAB South and LAB Mexico.
Responsible of supporting financial planning process, lead innovation agenda from the financial standpoint and be responsible for financial and volume information, deliver accurate information to lead decision making process and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) fulfillment.
**Accountabilities**
- Support FP&A team on AOP/Forecast development through information processing and consolidation as well as business analysis for LAB markets
- Check consistency between YTD trend and BOY forecast by market and P&L line
- Update, communicate and consolidate Early Read template on pre-close algorithm result
- Satisfy PepsiCo and HQ corporate governance and reporting requirements
- Deliver an excellent service to GBS Finance clients according to SLA's responsible to update, maintain, improve and communicate the monthly scorecard results for LAB community
- Responsible for weekly flash report that consists on consolidate volume information per market as well as to provide sound analysis on volume trend and changes
- Consolidate monthly and quarterly volume reports including Running Rates trend per market and volume growth per brand and market
- Ad-hoc analysis requested by FP&A team members and GM, on a very collaborative environment
- Provide an accurate evaluation and analysis of current business results, opportunities and risks
- Provide sales reporting and forecasting support to the MU, with periodic volume and MC reporting, analysis and target-setting
- Lead financial analysis for product launches and capital expenditures.
Support strategic and trade/channel initiatives with detailed analysis
- Quickly develop an understanding of different OU financial objectives and commercial plans to effectively play a key role as a business partner.
- Generate reports, update and improvements looking for standardization across LATAM's markets.
- Be fully conversant with new initiatives, continuous improvement and modern thinking in all matters to advise the MBS LAB Leader

Qualifications:
**Requirements**:

- Education: Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration, Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience (preferable in finance).
Deep understanding of a P&L and its drivers.
- Computer literate - Advanced Excel and Power Point
- Language: Advanced English communication skills
