Foreign Trade Supervisor LATAM - LOG003686 Grow with us as a Foreign Trade Supervisor LATAM in the Kellogg LA Team. You will be responsible for assuring that all documents, permits and procedures
are executed to deliver import / export shipments in a timely manner; according
to countries' requirements while complying with ft regulations. Managing international
transportation in an effective and efficient way. Monitoring and improving
kpi's (cost and service levels), as well as automatizing, making efficient,
faster and more secure la foreign trade operation.

WHAT DO I NEED?

- Bachelor degree

- Fluent English

- +2 experience
in logistics (imports)

- Excel

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

In this role, you will be part of our success by:

- Coordinate foreign trade activities: coordinate and
execute export and import operations, tracking orders' fulfillment and service
(lead times) provided to intercompany customers. Consolidate documents required
for intercompany operations.

- Loading program execution on time and complete:
require transportation equipment and booking reservation, loading and transit
tracking. Assure import / export operations are executed according to
government legislation and audit 404 policy.

- Freight and additional export / import expenses
tracking: assure freights and custom broker's charges are according to
negotiated rates. Suggest savings projects. Point of contact for direct
communication with the countries.

- To run a global trade management system which
automatizes import/export operations and decreases the time employed in carrying
out exports and imports and reduces human error.

- To document import/export procedures that facilitate
training of new people as well as standardize the operation. To consolidate
foreign trade kpis and coordinate monthly meetings to present them.

- To participate with procurement la in transport,
4pl, software and customs broker bids.

- To import samples of finished goods, raw material or
packing to be used in the innovation/marketing/customer development processes.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?

As well as a hunger to learn and succeed to be considered for this
position you must be able to meet the following requirements:

- Bachelor degree in
International business, business management, industrial engineering or related

executing international transportation, incoterms and landed costs.
