Financial Planning Analyst

**Responsabilities**- Responsible of Budgeting & Forecast calculation & best estimations follow up for Electric in Mexico- Ensure the quality of the analysis of Actuals vs POR, forecast, guidance and any other that is required or necessary for a better understanding of the results.- Load Forecast and Budget in Hyperion (HFM)- Responsible of financial monthly / quarterly reports for Emerson Electric- Responsible of headcount monthly report- Prepares financial assessments for Electric in Facilities & HR- Prepares presentations for CFO and General Director with financial information.- ROI and comparatives lease vs buy reports.- Ad-hoc analysis development- Support the Controller, CFO and Business leaders as required.**Requirements**:- 1 year in similar position- Teamwork and Pro-activity- Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics- English - Conversation 80%, written 80%, Reading 80%
