Your role involves assisting sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams in governing sales processes and executing deals, focusing on bid financial management.
Success requires collaboration with stakeholders and a proven track record in pre-sales bid financial processes.Responsibilities:Deal Financial Governance: Execute and optimize deal assurance processes, including pricing approval, tax review, price benchmarking, credit approval, treasury approval, and accounting due diligence.
Provide timely updates to stakeholders such as the deal desk and finance teams.Deal Financial Policy Management: Implement, review, and improve finance policies, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations to enhance approval efficiency and accuracy.Bid Support: Provide financial support for bidding activities, including preparing bid documents, conducting P&L analysis, tax impact assessments, and funding arrangements to ensure competitiveness and financial rationality.Financial Modelling and Reporting: Conduct financial analyses, build models to evaluate deal profitability, and prepare reports like monthly deal capital control and cash flow projections to support strategic decisions.Process Optimization and Knowledge Transfer: Continuously improve financial assurance processes and organize training to enhance financial awareness across teams.Requirements:Advanced English; this role reports to a global team.Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.Minimum 5 years of relevant financial experience, preferably in pricing or pre-sales support in large enterprises.Knowledge of enterprise financial management processes including pricing, credit, treasury, and tax management.Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, MS D365, CPQ, Salesforce, PowerBi
