This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in the business lending and fintech space.
The Junior Analyst will support our sales, underwriting, and operations teams by providing data insights, identifying trends, and helping improve internal decision-making processes.Key Responsibilities:Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to merchant cash advances (MCAs), ISOs, and funder activityTrack application volumes, approval rates, and funding performance across various channelsPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal teamsIdentify data discrepancies and work with operations to resolve themSupport underwriting and sales by analyzing deal performance and customer behaviorMaintain CRM and platform data integrityAssist in building dashboards and data visualizations for leadershipQualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related fieldStrong analytical and quantitative skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel Strong communication and presentation skillsSelf-starter with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasksWhat We Offer:Opportunity to learn and grow in a high-performance fintech environmentHands-on mentorship from industry professionalsExposure to all facets of the MCA and funding lifecycleCompetitive compensation and growth opportunities
