Role Overview and Responsibilities
Provide support in the preparation of budgets and quarterly projections by business units.Support in the Uploading of financial statements to the HFM corporate platformAnalysis of expense variations, OH spentControl of National and Foreign Fixed Assets.Calculation of monthly provisions and capture in SAPCalculation of commissions on sale, provision and payment to commission agentsAnalysis of the merchandise account in consiganación and run process for payment of merchandise usedAnalysis of bank movements and load to SAPAnalysis of order book and order IntakeAnalysis of material used in tests and determine provision of the corresponding taxPreparation of bank reconciliationsIntergration of balances of Balance accountsPreparation of monthly and annual reports of INEGI
