**Job Description**:
Position Purpose

This role is responsible for the support of Finance Transformation across LATAM, this involves analysis, review, facilitate, monitoring and all activities related to financial support in the organization to construct initiatives and assure the integrity of the information.
Responsibilities include continuous assessment of opportunities and risks, ongoing forecasts, and actual performance along with recommended actions and adjustments to ensure successful transformation delivery.
Major/Key Accountabilities
- Quantify, reconcile, and forecast delivery of multi-year business transformation plans for improved profit and cash performance
- Coordinate with Transformation Lead insights, analysis, and outlooks to present in regional meetings or transformation calls.
- Create models, tools, templates or any other to support the analysis and reviews for the initiatives.
- Collaborate with Transformation Lead with business FP&A function to manage and align transformation financial impacts and outlooks.
Provide latest view of Transformation financial impacts.
- Identify risks and opportunities driven by analysis and reviews with initiatives owners.
- Constantly communication to provide business updates and insights on initiatives, investments, and financial returns to transformation leads in LATAM.
- Facilitate the communication between transformation team and Workstreams to follow up of the initiatives.
- Support all different information to analysis and reporting according to region requirements or Transformation office
- Participate in different meetings across LATAM with different functions, workstreams, Initiative owners or any other requires support
- Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of professional services for Finance Transformation.

Bachelors - Finance

Preferred Level of Work Experience

5 - 7 years
