About the area:
Operations CI and I, our area manage customized project, since scope definition, passing through cost and timing feasibility, until data delivery to our Analytics team.
Objective of the Position:
Follow scheduling process, ensuring cost levels are maintained at agreed levels; quotation for CI and I projects;
monitor supplier costs and capacity, contribute to revenue allocation in the market and ensure a seamless
scheduling service is provided to CS.
Your main responsibilities as a Field Scheduler will be:
Review and recommend appropriate field supplier and methodology based on study specifications, client requirements and agency availability to determine the most time and cost effective method to schedule studies in pipeline.
Active participation to find saving and productivity opportunities during Operative process ensuring quality, time and cost efficiencies.
Support Operational leaders in developing global and regional performance reports
Generate standard designs for each type of study.
Provide advice on country specific subjects (including external e:panel providers)
Proactively seeks to challenge suppliers on cost and timings efficiency thorough comparison between vendors and countries.
2 years of experience with Cost trackings and vendor management
Project management and improvement
Google and Office Docs, such as macros and dynamic tables development
Demonstrable capability of leading and delivering cross:functional projects and workstreams
