We are committed to our team members' development and empower those who wish to discover different areas of our business or acquire international experiences.Job Description- Build the weekly production planning in strong collaboration/negotiation with the Factory scheduling team and customers- Build the shipment plan of the factory to the customers (first continent DC/Hub, distributors or other plants)- Prepare and control S&OP files and participate actively to factory MPP decision process- Monitor and optimize finished goods inventory level and health at Group level in collaboration with internal customers- Anticipate, communicate and bring solutions for products shortages- Challenge current processes and suggest improvements and simplificationQualifications- Education / Experience: Master's degree with 2 years of Experience in Supply Planning- Fluent in English- Strong Problem-solving/Analytical skills- Excellent communication skills and team spirit required to be able to coordinate conflicting objectives and interact with people from different backgrounds- Ability to prioritize and work autonomously- Ability to keep a cold head under pressure and to step back (helicopter view)- Comfortable and rigourous with figures and systems (JDA/JDE/Excel/Cognos)Additional InformationBIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
