Design, propose and implement the organization’s internal communication policy, programs, and tools to adequately support the communication of BRP’s strategic orientations and projects to employees.
Responsible of the operation efficiency of the Queretaro Plant in terms of environment, health & safety, quality & new product introduction, production schedule attainment, cost control & investment, improvement and competitiveness to support BRP business plan in sync with the During the evening shift as there’s only one manager on site.
Make sure to support and align the evening shifts working at PWC, Engines and Machining. Also support if needed the CFC operations. Work with a winning attitude and the drive to deliver. Develop and maintain the trust between the teams. Demonstrate ownership related to the responsibilities attached to the role.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In conjunction with the Director of Communication, develop and implement an org-wide internal communication strategy that meets organizational objectives and aligns with the BRP’s external communications strategy and overall business strategy
Measure on an ongoing basis the effectiveness of internal communications messages and channels and make recommendations to review and amend the strategy as needed
Create a working environment that prevents accident and reduce risks for the employees while ensuring operation legal compliance during the evening shift,
Ensure overall product quality in meeting the company standards
Deliver the production plan to assemble or machine as per our assembly organization needs
Attend requests from Union Committee and assign them to the proper area or employee
Support the development and new introductions
Ensure good cooperation and collaboration between the different departments to optimize safety, quality, productivity and cost
Leader that develop and coach General supervisors & Coordinators while promoting collaboration and operation excellence in a fast pace environment
Participate in establishing budget and resource planning, and then control department cost to meet financial objectives (overhead, direct labor, capital expenditures, etc.)
Ensure collaboration and enthusiasm with other company functions and between the evening shift and the day crews.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Engineering degree or another relevant field
Leadership & communication skills
Be able to work under pressure while meeting deadlines
Have a sense of initiative, show excellent judgment and understanding of the global company business
Be dynamic, independent and skilled at decision-making
Be able to deliver a budget, make forecasts and mitigate risks
Bilingual – English and Spanish, French is an asset,
Knowledge of SAP environment
Internal and external networking abilities
Knowledge of all aspect of a assembly plant work environment; Machining, Assembly, Logistics, Quality and Maintenance
5-8 years in a management role
Have a minimum of 15 years of experience in manufacturing,
Have 10 years of experience in a management position in an assembly environment
Experience with foreign business cultures is an asset
Experience in one piece flow and Model mix assembly
Production floor job with minimal office presence
Evening shifts from 16:00 to 12:30
